Cloud Storage and Disaster Recovery Planning

The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for ITFirstAid Inc. The position is a one year contract with possible extension.

Duties include:

Minute taking for meetings/important calls
Assist in planning and preparing for special events.
Preparing a wide variety of correspondence and reports; draft memos/letters, and email in response to routine questions
Appointment scheduling and calendar management
Update contact databases
Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and create itineraries.
Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries from staff, and stakeholders
Proofreading and editing documents and presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

Post-secondary diploma or degree
One to three years secretarial/administrative support experience in a corporate or academic environment.
Must have medical terminology
Experience with Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Microsoft Windows
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to organize workload is essential
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be capable of independent assessment and judgment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical
Typing ability with minimum 60 WPM and grammatical aptitude
Excellent command of the English language

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45,000.00 /year
